The house combine’s the client’s passion for English country houses with the modernity and fluidity of a cotemporary loft with large picture windows of varying proportions that frame views of a pristine and natural landscape in New York’s Long Island. It is located on a peninsula overlooking Long Island’s great intercoastal waterway. The client sought to finish a project started twenty years earlier by renovating the house and adding a wing to double its space.
